@corbiecore I’m sorry I’m not sure if you’re asking for something that isn’t veg OR meat OR cheese? I’m into canned tuna, boiled eggs also, an array of seeds is great. Depending on the dressing I like to add a fruit too - chopped apple, raisins or dried cranberries (suits balsamic dressing)

Twitter, what non-vegetable/cheese/meat things do you put on your salads (besides dressing)? I put boiled eggs and sunflower seeds on mine, but I'm looking for some flavor without making it too unhealthy.
