There’s a platform I came across 5 months ago called Xpow.

That is Xpow in one line, it’s a strong positioning statement In a world where anyone can write anything on a CV, the idea of a platform centred around verified proof of work is genuinely interesting.
What Is Xpow?
Xpow describes itself as a digital Proof-of-Work and payment platform.
The core offering is a work profile but not the kind you “self-fill” this means that on traditional platforms like LinkedIn or a regular CV you write everything about yourself like your own job titles, your own project descriptions, your own skills and nobody checks if it’s true.
You’re essentially grading yourself.

Why I’m Paying Attention?
I’m not here to sell this, I’m just exploring but the problem Xpow is tackling is very essential which is the gap between what people claim and what they’ve actually delivered if it’s real or not, whether they execute on it well is still to be seen.
