Everywhere on the CT is littered with Hiring! Hiring!! Hiring!!! Yet no one has confirmed to be hired and day by day the number of engagements such posts accumulate makes one wonder if all these hirings are all fugazi.

Okay so I've been thinking of a way to go about @_xpow account management. Some people could be too occupied, not for the set up exactly but management or even not, they might just not want to do it, that creates room for job opportunities "account management" but then what features do we limit? and which do we allow managers have access to? this one is for my team, I know they'd see this, we can do a delegate feature yh? no need for login details and stuff.

I've had chats with multiple talents/service providers, they're always interested in me getting em gigs and delegating, but our convo is always disrupted when I ask them to upload their work on @_xpow, it's weird. Account set and project upload only takes a few mins, maybe more if you're uploading multiple projects, so time to spare can't be the issue. Are talents really not comfortable with sharing their work publicly? XPOW will be the onchain of POW, cause then everything is public, back your claims. I am so curious to see how this plays out.

Crypto has one of the worst attention spans of any industry on the planet. Everyone wants the screenshot they can share, but nobody wants the months of nothing that will come before it. I've been here long enough to know the people posting wins rn were invisible long before it. The difference between them and those who fake it is that they kept showing up and doing the work because they believed something would eventually click. Most people aren't willing to be invisible for that long. That's fine, just don't sit there and act confused about why it's not working when you haven't even given it a real shot. You can't speed run this shit.

Post about jobs and service provision has reduced to "Websites where you can make $**/hr" crazy engagement volume, but I noticed something, the same post and info was being circulated, and still crazy engagement, check a couple of comment sections and multiple profiles under similar posts. I have a feeling a lot of people just engage and bookmark, a few set up accounts and withdraw after a week or a bit more. Aside the accounts making the main posts I haven't seen posts like "I found out abou this site weeks ago and I have made bla bla from it" this is a regular pattern no? There's a broken link somewhere.

I woke up to progress on a couple of stuff and its looking good. Steady motion.

I need to work my ass off, to make alot of people money. I genuinely want to do that....what do I want for myself? Yes I want to make money too, but I've got a network to build, I've got a career record to build, also I need to be in a good place to take risks conveniently.

We are getting paid to help build a freer world - one where individuals can exercise their own free will. We are getting paid to be relentlessly truth-seeking every day. We are getting paid to build systems that are more open, inclusive, and accepting of all humans and their choices - regardless of nationality, race, or financial status. Very few people are fortunate enough to earn a living doing work they believe is honorable, while becoming better people through that work every day. For that alone, we are blessed.
