@fleur6l It's better to not restrict calories that severely and instead add healthy, nutritional food. You need muscle for numerous reasons, including protection from injury and to prevent getting osteoporosis and arthritis at like 35.

@fleur6l Because you're losing muscle and its turning into fat. If you starve your body its going to think you're in survival mode. Since it needs fat to run on, it converts the muscle into what it needs.
