Just downloaded the updated Mac app for @basecamp 5! The new interface looks beautiful, but noticing some lag during use. Interestingly, the web version is still lightning fast. Anyone else seeing this?

@LuckyBhumkar @37signals Sorry for that trouble! It looks like Cloudflare had a bit of trouble recently, which is why you saw that error page. From Cloudflare's statuspage, it looks like things should be better.

We’re currently on a Basecamp trial at my firm and exploring a team rollout. A while ago, you had introduced special India pricing (covered by TechCrunch). Is that still available? We couldn’t find the option during signup. @basecamp

@37signals @cpinto Came here to see if something’s up or anyone’s noticed the same thing. Opening emails on Hey has been incredibly slow these days for me too, I end up just using my iOS mail app anyway to load them up faster.

@basecamp Your app (macOS at least) is really, really slow today—multiple seconds when navigating (on a Gb connection) and the support widget doesn't even open.
