Astronomical Spring has sprung in style, with blue skies and sun. In today's #SixOnSaturday... fragrant 'Brown Sugar' Tulips, an elegant Daff called 'Thalia,' cheerful 'Martinette,' more Tulips, a white Hellebore &, err, more Tulips onemanandhisgardentrowel.wordpress.com/2026/03/21/six…
It’s a pea-souper this morning, I can’t see down the garden. So it’s daffodils, resplendent in yesterday’s sunshine, for #SixonSaturday. Over the years I’ve planted lots of different varieties and this years display has turned the garden yellow. Have a great weekend #MyGarden 🌼
Granny’s dolly tub & it’s mate have never looked so good, so early, & it’s all thanks to the anemones 🌿💕💙🌼💜🌿
The first yellow tulips have now joined the blooming party.

No blog from me this week, but here's a #SixOnSaturday anyway.
Peacock butterfly, Hellebore 'Neon Shades', Scilla forbesii, Fritillaria meleagris, Leucojum aestivum, Scilla forbesii 'Pink Giant' #mylittlegarden
Happy weekend 🌼
We couldn't have asked for a better day for our AGM at Ness Gardens.
A wander round the gardens, an excellent talk by Advolly Richmond, and all finished off with tea and cake.

The sun shone bravely; and a copse which had worn its firs all the year round seemed old and dowdy now beside the new green lace which the beeches had put on so prettily. Through copse and spinney marched Bear; over rocky beds of streams. ~A.A.Milne #Spring
In this week's #SixOnSaturday... Tulipa sylvestris, white Grape Hyacinths, Daffs, a splotchy Hellebore, a mini Daff called 'Toto' (& try saying that without thinking of the Wizard of Oz) & the pinkening blossom of the Prunus incisa 'Kojo-no-mai' onemanandhisgardentrowel.wordpress.com/2026/03/14/six…
