Alors que le Tour de France demeure un immense succès populaire, le cyclisme d’en bas - la base de tout - se meurt à petit feu. Habituellement prisé - car relevé et bien doté - le Trophée Raymond-Poulidor, à Nedde, a été annulé car il n’avait attiré que… 6 coureurs. Tristesse.
