Sex work is not "just" rape. It is the commercialization of rape for the profit of others. It is industrial, institutionalized rape. It is the societal refusal to elevate our people, leaving them to rot in destitution and desperation. "Sex work" requires cognitive dissonance.

Israel has decided to close the Sde Teiman cases against IDF soldiers after they were accused of brutally gang raping Palestinian prisoners, leaving one prisoner with a hole in his rectum.
The crimes were caught on camera, and the lawyer who exposed the footage was arrested and forced to resign.
Israel effectively had what many call "Right to rape" protests, supporting the soldiers against what the Israelis claimed were "smears" against the "noble IDF."
There have been numerous allegations against the Sde Teiman reservists.

Everyone needs to know the extent of what the U.S did.
An unarmed Iranian ship invited to a joint Indian naval exercise paraded its sailors before the president alongside other participants, including the U.S.
At the last minute, the U.S. withdrew from the exercise and torpedoed the Iranian vessel, then reportedly refused to rescue the survivors, leaving the Sri Lankan Navy to recover bodies from the water.

I mean this is undoubtedly true in that it’s trivially correct. Women of my generation were sold all sorts of lies about pregnancy and motherhood, like “it will ruin your body” and “you will lose your identity” and “a baby can wait but your career can’t.” All of which basically amount to, “your life will become less fun and sexy and more difficult and boring.” Maybe they weren’t even lies. But then you have to reason like, is having a hot body and cool career and intact identity (whatever that means) really that important because isn’t the whole point of being fun and sexy to have kids? If popular narrative takes over biological imperative that’s because you wanted it to for lifestyle reasons that you may or may not come to regret later but can’t really blame on men or society or your mom.

@a43549 A lot of the older generations (boomers, X) seem to think breastfeeding past 1-2 years old when baby can have cow’s milk is an egotistical choice by mothers. Even though natural term breastfeeding for most of human history has been to around 4 years old and sometimes beyond.
