correction: the mini generator is the Level 6 reward. for the wireless transmitter you need to get Porygon in Sparkling Skylands and it will ask you to play a CD then reward you with the recipe

i’ve seen a lot of people annoyed about electricity in Pokopia and putting loads of utility poles under the floor etc but when you level Sparkling Skylands to level 6 you simply unlock Free Unlimited Wireless Energy for the cost of 2 Pokémetal
