@nkecom Thinking of posting some AI content on the IG until we have some vids etc
English

@a_hecom no, but as soon as u started posting vids, conversion rate went from 1% to 5%. even tho low budget
English

If you’re spending heavy on Meta, you gotta be dumb af to neglect your IG grid.
It’s crazy how many 7/8 figure ecom brands aren’t active on their socials.
Do you fuckers understand how many people check your instagram before buying?
[I mean you can actually work it out on your ads manager but I doubt any of you are doing that]
On our newest brand, we’re spending around $200k/mo at the moment on Meta.
Last month we spent $10k on a photoshoot in Paris. That’s 5% of our paid budget.
As soon as we deployed the content on the gram, our Shopify conversion rate increased 10%. Meaning the cost of the shoot is covered before the invoice is even due…
We obviously blasted out 100s of assets from the shoot into our Meta ad campaigns.
Some of these are generating v nice spend, because they play a vital role in the ecosystem. They are perfect for nurturing.
Nothing builds trust like a photoshoot - it shows your brand is real. It can also give the illusion that your brand is way bigger than it is (when executed right).
So if someone sees one of our photoshoot ads, they are way more likely to purchase from the next ad they see.
IT’S ALL ABOUT THE META ECOSYSTEM, WHICH YOUR ORGANIC SOCIALS ALSO ENHANCE (READ THE GEM PAPERS)
In addition to this - if you ever want to exit your brand (which I have done multiple times) - I can assure you, most buyers will check your Instagram before your website.
Because that’s what they think a brand is.
Everyone seems to know how valuable Instagram accounts are for brands, apart from the actual brand owners.
The night before I flew to Paris, I was having dinner with a bunch of ecom friends in Dubai.
I told them I was flying there for a photoshoot.
You should have seen their faces. It’s like I pulled a gun out at the table. They couldn’t believe an ecom brand owner was doing a photoshoot….
One guy said:
“i’d just do that with Ai”.
Here’s the problem with Ai for creativity:
It all comes down to the person using it.
If you’re a creative genius, specializing in Ai,
then go for it.
But why tf would I even attempt that when I can hire one of the best creative directors in the world to do a shoot for us?
In Paris.
Not only that…
You can’t take an Ai model out for dinner.
Being a brand owner is honestly the coolest job in the world, but most ecom guys make it look so boring lol.
I’ve decided, I’m going to be doing shoots all around the world for this brand multiple times a year & I’m going to vlog it all on YT.
You nerds can stick to your Ai models.
The ROI isn’t just better ads, it’s making the whole brand feel more real.

Why do you ignore organic social? So many brands spend so little time on organic strategy it’s astonishing. It is one of the greatest ways to lower your CAC on Meta. If you invested even 20% of your organic strategy as you do on your paid you’d likely start to see a difference over time. This doesn’t mean just promoting your products organically, it means developing strategies that play well organically. It’s different for every brand.

@nkecom Are you making the statics on GPT itself or using Higgsfield and selecting the gpt option on there
English

[Claude + chatGPT + 1 Pakistani dude = all you need for a $100k/d brand]
Listen, if you had 10,000 statics in your ad account [with solid funnels] - it would be PRETTY FUCKING DIFFICULT to not spend $50k/day. Think about it. With chatGPT, you can EASILY generate 100 statics a DAY & still have time to take your girl for breakfast, lunch & dinner. 100 days of grind for 10,000 statics!? It’s fucking crazy. It’s entirely possible you can scale to $50k/day in spend BY NOVEMBER with this method.
If you use Claude correctly - you will never run out of ideas too.
Whilst you are doing this, all you need is a couple Pakistani editors [other nationalities also available] to produce high-intent VO ads based on winning angles (see winning statics) & your whole ad account gets lifted…. because you are BUILDING THE CREATIVE ECOSYSTEM that Zuck wants.
IT’S NEVER BEEN FUCKING EASIER.
[Btw, Meta’s Ai image generation is fucking great too. Whenever I upload a static, I usually select 4-7 different variations Meta generates & all of a sudden - instead of 10,000 statics, we have 50,000.….. I’m also CERTAIN that Meta is pushing these ads (with sexy CPMs), because they want to make their model better]
Happy fucking days for the staticmaxxers…

@nkecom Would you still recommend someone to do a listicle first, if they are a beginner?
English

@a_hecom listicle first, bcos we target people problem/solution aware at start - and listicle focuses on unique positioning

Another new brand launched successfully - following the exact Meta playbook I talk about here.
If there was one thing I would change in this - it would be how quickly you kill a test.
Because here’s the thing.
For me personally - yes I will kill a product test on day 2 if I don’t think it will work - but that’s because I’ve done this 100 times, so I know how to execute the perfect launch.
I know that all my statics will be bangers, my funnels will convert & that product-market fit will exist.
However, if you are a beginner - it will probably take you longer. In this case, I’d advise to wait at least a week before killing a test. But this doesn’t mean do nothing for 7 days - add nee creatives daily.
There are so many levers you can pull in ecom. So even if you kill a test after 7 days, it doesn’t mean you can’t structure a new offer with a different angle/avatar using the same product.
This is why statics are so powerful. You can validate fast, or you can pivot & double-down (at speed) when needed.
If you aren’t launching with 50+ statics - you’re NGMI.
THERE IS NO EXCUCE WITH AI.
Good luck & happy scaling.
[2 campaigns btw because 2 products]

My top-performing ad (this year) is 7 minutes long. It doesn’t even mention the product until 5 minutes in. It’s a masterclass in building curiosity & tension.
Even when Meta is unstable, it STILL PERFORMS - because the fundamentals are so strong & it’s a TRUE TOP OF FUNNEL AD.
If your performance sucks, try my 5-cubed method [5x5x5]…
Create a NEW CAMPAIGN with:
- 5 ads inside it
- 5 minute long videos
- 5 reasons why listicle
& add a COST CAP 15% below your beCPA.
Watch what it does to your WHOLE AD ACC.
[It creates awareness whilst converting cold]
You’re welcome.

I don’t think people understand how much sauce is in here.
I’ve spent so much fucking money on Meta & this is by far the best thing I’ve learned.
If you understand this concept, you’ll never complain about Meta ever again.
IT’S A CHEAT CODE.
Here’s a pic of my car to get your attention.

@nkecom Found suppliers who are quoting £4k for 1000pcs, is that figure something we should be expecting for 1000pcs for our first order?
English

@nkecom Is there a certain threshold you are aiming/looking for where you’ll start to make consistent profit?
English

New brand is now at $50k/week.
Here are the weekly stats:
- $53k revenue
- $38k on ads
- $30k mrr added
- $5k ai credits burned
- $0 profits
Looks like ecom is still dead.
$200k/month biz & nothing to show for it.

Nabeal Khan@nkecom
Ecom is so dead man. New brand is now at $8.5k daily rev, but we’ve barely made any profits. Stats: - $5.5k ad spend - $8.5k revenue - 1.54 ncROAS - $4k MRR accumulated - $200 profit What’s the point in running an ecom business for 2.5% margins?
English

@nkecom Do you test 50 different creatives with different copies or like 10 creatives each with 5 different copies?
Sorry if it’s a bad question, tryna learn the game.
English

@nkecom Day one done.
£106 spent
32 sessions, ATC 6.25% and checkout reached 3.12%
CPM £22.82, CPC £2.38 (price of the product is £129.99) (no sales)
ads did shit but that looks promising, i keep testing right?

I’ve kept quiet about this for 3 years.
But after crossing $30M in online revenue, it’s time to share what actually worked.
Not the recycled growth hacks.
Not the “just post content” advice.
Not the cold outreach spray-and-pray.
This was different.
→ One technique.
→ No big team.
→ Just results.
No fluff. No pitch. I’m giving it away.
It'll teach you the foundations I used to...
1) Make $920,000 in May
2) Book 8200 calls in 2025 (so far)
2) Grow to 245,000 subscribers in less than 2 years
All you do is plug this into your offer + audience and it does the rest.
→ Meetings will appear.
→ Deals will close.
→ You will scale.
If you're serious about getting to $100k - $500k months...
