@SamsungUK Their repair is quoting £349 for a design fault which they are trying to blame on the phone being dropped!! A phone that cost over a grand and is 9 months old.

So just a warning to people, the new hinge change to @SamsungUK flip 4 is very fragile. My phone (less than a year) no longer opens fully. Sent to Vodafone, they advised I send to Samsung as its a design default. Why did @SamsungUK come back with the phone was dropped therefore
