@victorbayas @callstackio @mrousavy @margelo_com A example: we use WebViews for rapidly evolving flows (payments, promos, experiments) because updating native clients is expensive operationally. RSC could make some of those surfaces server-driven while still staying inside the native runtime.

Turbo Modules and Fabric components only support Objective-C, but we can still use Swift for our actual logic while keeping the Objective-C code as a thin wrapper.

Unistyles: Using Babel so extensively was a bad decision 👎 I’ve started trimming down Babel, and I hope I’ll be able to remove it completely in Unistyles 4 in favor of the Metro bundler First PR: github.com/jpudysz/react-…

Yesterday's webinar on Zalando migration to React Native was a blast! Thanks everyone for joining! We have covered a lot, including: - What are the challenges of integrating React Native into existing native app? - What initial KPIs did you set to "sell" the idea and start the migration? - How did you get buy-in from other teams? DM or comment if you want the slides with some tips & tricks!

🎉 Introducing React Native Harness - a lightweight framework for testing native modules directly on device or emulator. Write tests in a Jest-like syntax, run them in a real React Native runtime, and verify native behavior without mocks.

.@lauridskern and I rebuilt Doodle Jump in React Native — the main game loop runs in a Reanimated useFrameCallback(), and everything renders using Skia. Runs pretty smooth! 🤩

@thymikee @repack_rn That’s very good, I wonder if it’s also possible to use React Server Components as freely with expo/router?

🚀 New in `react-native-sandbox`: isolated instances can now communicate directly via the `postMessage` API. The demo shows two sandboxes exchanging messages with dynamic whitelist, proving you can build secure multi-instance apps and micro-frontends in React Native.
