Open Letter to Shri Shankar Singh Ji Rawat, Four-time Elected MLA, Beawar
Shri Shankar Singh Ji Rawat, MLA, Beawar,
I, Fanish Kumar Soni, resident of 4/12 Diggi Mohalla, Beawar, Rajasthan, am bringing a serious matter to your attention. This matter concerns the forcible occupation of my house by your son and his associates, including Abhishek Jhanwar, parshad Gopal Singh Rawat, Rajesh Sen, Virendra Singh Rawat, and Surendra Chauhan, and their attempts to make us homeless.
These individuals have unlawfully occupied my property using forged and fake documents. When I filed an FIR at the Beawar City Police Station (FIR number 179/2024), your son and his associates looted all our valuable household items and attempted to evict us from our home. After this incident, a second FIR (FIR number 204/2024) was filed for theft.
Under the influence of your political power, the police presented a false investigation report, manipulated the case, and filed a fake FR. Instead of arresting the culprits, the police arrested only the witnesses, while the main criminals remained free. Despite a status quo 'stay' order by the ADG Court, corrupt police officer Nahar Singh created a fake report, and the administration, under your political influence, evicted us from our home via SDM proceedings under 145, throwing our belongings on the street.
We have been repeatedly threatened with violence, and there have been two attempts on my life. I am also being pressured to sell my property at a very low price. Despite several complaints to the PMO and Rajasthan Sampark Portal, no action has been taken due to the political influence you enjoy.
I request your immediate intervention in this matter to help us recover our property and belongings. I also urge you to keep a check on your associates and ensure justice in this case.
Additionally, I propose a peaceful resolution. I purchased this house with all my savings in 2020, selling my only asset, my home. Since Beawar became a district, its value has increased significantly, and your land mafia has been continuously attempting to seize it. I demand fair compensation for this property, after which I request you to allow this land to be used for public benefit – whether as a library for students, a temple for the community, or a yoga centre for the people of Beawar. This would be a fair way to honour the support you have received from the people of Beawar.
I am not afraid of threats to my life and am ready to resolve this matter peacefully. I trust that you will take appropriate steps in this case and ensure justice.
Fanish Kumar Soni
