@oykun I agree with all your points but one. How often you have changed jobs could have a handful of rationales attached as to why. I wouldn't discount someone because of that until you know the story behind it.

Designers who are looking for jobs;
Harsh truth for you;
Hiring managers do not care how good you are at Figma or Framer!
It just doesn't matter as much as you think it does!
These are easily learnable technical skills that take only a few days.
They want to see
- How you communicate your design solutions by listening and interacting with your presentation at the interview
- How reliable you are by looking at how often you changed jobs
- How resilient you are by pushing you a bit with tough questions in the interview
- How easy to work with you are, by doing practice projects or brainstorming sessions
- How fun you are to work with

These human skills and qualities are more important than ever now with the advancements of AI that get better and better at automating design software input <> outputs.

- Contracted work
- Project-based work
In both of those cases, I always make that clear on my resume. When I was at AWS the turnover rate was 2y for whatever reason. People shouldn't be punished for taking on new opportunities.

I often see resumes where someone has worked at 6 companies over the last 10 years. I'm staring at one right now. These job-hoppers usually last a little under 2yrs per company on average. If someone has a jumpy resume, it's the first thing I notice. It's so blatant to me, yet it continues to fool a lot of people. Thinking back over the last 15yrs at my companies: I've hired thousands of people, and I can't think of a single person I've hired with a jumpy resume who has worked out long-term. Not one.
