@neversitdull @claudeai I fully automated mine using Cowork and code. finds me clients, prepares me for calls, onboards them and moooooorreeeee. I love how everything is in 1 app. im a simple man : )) btw I share it all at designermindset.net you already know : )

i may not use AI so much in figma to design, but i use the h*ll out of it for everything around it in @crucialaidesign what used to be a custom .py script + sqlite db is now a live artifact in @claude the clarity such setup brings to a design business is kind of insane!

i have been using this flow lately to close retainers and one-off projects - Amie calendar app listening to all my sales calls and summarizing them - quick email with action items summarized from the call directly within Amie app sent to the client right after the initial call - then taking the transcript & summary to Google document to create a proposal (if needed) - send a second email to the client with the proposal, traditional way (not for everyone) - for one-off projects, pricing it slightly higher - having full context while context switching between 8-10 projects and 3 businesses feels so good
