@stockx rejected return reason slightly used. I initiated the return on the day I received the item. packed it the same day and UPS picked it up the next business day. that just means, from the beginning, you have sent me used product. that just show double standard on your part.

@Mango saying the warehouse didn't record the items I returned means you should check your warehouse. check the video when they opened the returned packages. all items are there still with tags.

@Mango scammed customer by saying the returned goods the customer has returned was not received by their warehouse staff, for that, they are not willing to refund the customer. they just keep saying the same thing.

@noly243 @Mango No solution whatsoever from @Mango you can aee how little they care to their customers and juat said the warehiuse guy said they didn’t find the items i returned.

@noly243 @Mango Exactly what happened to me. They usually will sent an email about a refund confirmation within 1 week. Also now we can’t reply their customer service rep through email. We have to keep making new inquiry form to talk to them
