I visited a @TrayaHealth store in Kondapur, Hyderabad. They don’t keep any inventory for existing customers. I’ve been using Traya’s Defence Shampoo for the past 3 years after an online consultation in 2023, and I visited this store to restock.

However, I’ve been trying for days to get in touch, calls are routed to agents who promise a callback from Hafeezpet showroom, but no one calls back. 2 direct numbers I was given don’t even have incoming services. I expected better customer service. Please fix this! @atherenergy

Didn’t think my first post here would be about this. After a lot research, I decided to purchase an @atherenergy 450X and visited the Madhpur showroom in Hyderabad. Unfortunately, communication there was poor. I hoped to have better luck at the Ather Hafeezpet showroom.
