Flying into the future under the stewardship of Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi i Ji, the vision of Viksit Bharat & Atmanirbhar Bharat is strongly anchored in capacity building and creating a future-ready workforce. I feel honored to be contributing to this mission alongside dedicated leadership of Hon’ble Union Minister Sh. @AshwiniVaishnaw Ji. Today, a monumental MoU has been signed between DGCA and the Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya to enhance scientific and technological knowledge in aviation. It is a significant step to augment the manpower quality for aviation engineering and MRO. The objective is to attract more youth in the sector by offering industry aligned and recognized curriculums in Aircraft Maintenance.
The Finance Department of the Airports Authority of India successfully conducted the Annual Meeting of Heads of Departments (Finance) for the finalisation of accounts for FY 2025–26 at New Delhi. The meeting was chaired by the Member (Finance) and attended by ED Finance, ED JVC, ED RCS and General managers (Finance) from all regions, including Chennai and Kolkata airports. Discussions focused on reviewing financial performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely, transparent account finalisation. The meeting concluded with an engaging Q&A session, reaffirming AAI’s commitment to financial discipline, transparency, and statutory compliance.
