@CrossCountryUK my daughter was left stuck in Derby last night after this train booked through @thetrainline was terminated as the doors wouldn't open! Can you tell me why she only gets a refund of £11.75 when the original cost was £17.84? Thanks

@MarstonsPLC just had the worst experience in a pub ever. Should've known as it was empty. Ordered a mixed grill from Manor Farm Liverpool, came with 4 items missing and what did arrive was shocking add that to rude staff, weird tasting beer and you have your answer why its empty
