Reminder that if you make 7 figures or more there are other things to talk about besides the fact you make 7 figures or more.

Case in point, in my business: 90 days ago: top of funnel lead cost 60 days ago: appointment setter team 30 days ago: closing team today: appointment setter team (again) 30 days from now (projected): documentation of client case studies (we need to get better at capturing)

The bigger you get, the harder it is to identify the bottleneck. And the better you get at addressing bottlenecks, the faster they move around.

Where's your bottleneck? Easy questions to answer when you're small (it's usually marketing and lead generation sub $1mil). Way harder to identify as your business grows and things get more complicated. But it's THE most important question for any Founder/CEO to ask.

@aamunawar Problem is, most people don’t know what they really want. And if they do, they have long since assumed it wasn’t possible for them. So they’ve forgotten it was what they really wanted.

You have the power to talk yourself in to or out of just about anything. Human beings are masters of rationalization. Therefore, spend more time emotionally and energetically aligning yourself with what you want. The right logic will follow without much effort.
