Grew a Boring Startup to the Inc5000 in 2 Years at 20. Kept growing stuff. Mostly help B2B founders learn to grow faster past 10M these days.

@joshstarr Sometimes. Some realize you can do more together than separately, and a piece of 1B when having more fun cause you're doing it with other people at your level is better than all of 5M but you had to do it all yourself and play at a much lower level

@AIProfitsLegend The problem at these levels though is they are often founder/builder that would be better suited doing their own thing. I’d know as I’m one of them and often try and find these types too

I'm giving away the Claude Code skills we use to manage $300k/mo in ad spend at ColdIQ. 4X ROAS on $1M+ spent. Ivan, our head of growth, built them off 300+ hours running ad campaigns for our clients. They run Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads from the terminal in plain English: → bulk edits across platforms → custom audiences from CRM lists → creative fatigue detection before CTR dips → bid adjustments at scale → performance audits across periods Reply "ads" and I'll send the full repo. Must be following.

The 2026 AI-Native Outbound Playbook How we’re orchestrating pipeline growth for modern B2B sales teams. There are 3 layers to our outbound system: 1/ Research, strategy, & data 2/ Outbound infrastructure & multi-channel deployment 3/ AI agents & RevOps Here’s the breakdown of each: 1/ RESEARCH, STRATEGY, & DATA Leveraging AI, we'll map your entire TAM, define your ICP via insights gathered from sales call recordings, closed won, and customer interviews. From there, we'll find your ICP prospects from best fit data sources — then uncover validated emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles with our contact enrichment stack to enable most data coverage possible across all outbound channels. // Tech /research-and-strategy > Claude > Perplexity > Sybill /data-sources > Apollo > Clay > Google Maps > Trigify > RB2B > Teamfluence > HubSpot > Salesforce > Attio /data-enrichment > AI Ark > BlitzAPI > Icypeas > Prospeo > LeadMagic 2/ OUTBOUND INFRASTRUCTURE & MULTI-CHANNEL DEPLOYMENT We'll develop world-class deliverability infrastructure and deploy our outbound GTM strategy across email, calling, and LinkedIn. Each channel is unified, while also independently generating lead flow from their individual silos to achieve full TAM reach — enabling a multi-threaded, high touchpoint approach at scale. // Tech /email > Porkbun > ScaledMail > EmailBison /calling > Readymode /linkedin > Sales Navigator > HeyReach 3/ AI AGENTS & REVOPS All lead flow is then centralized in a custom RevOps system where AI agents qualify, score, and assign each individual lead to the appropriate rep(s) — whilst keeping your CRM updated & tidy instantaneously. // Tech /master-inbox > Masterinbox /lead-scoring > Claygent > OpenAI /lead-routing > Claude Code > n8n /lead-magnets > Sendoso > Gamma /crm > Hubspot > Salesforce > Attio /proposals > PandaDoc Want us to build this AI-native outbound system for your B2B company? AI SDR/sales agent market is at $5.8B & compounding at over 20% a year Meanwhile every AI SDR company still uses human SDRs to sell their own product Where is the market value being absorbed?

Sure, could announce a new smart model, but that wouldn’t generate press “How can we make massive hype around the new model?” “What if we said it’s too powerful to release cause it hacked everything and then gatekeep for a bit?” “Genius, guys let’s run it”
Boris Cherny@bcherny

Mythos is very powerful, and should feel terrifying. I am proud of our approach to responsibly preview it with cyber defenders, rather than generally releasing it into the wild. Model card here: www-cdn.anthropic.com/53566bf5440a10…

I got here but have even more problems....these are probably fixed at $100k/mo" *grinds and gets to $100k/mo "does this ever end?"

@LucasSynnott Oh so do you just fully not even use GPT 5.4? I realy only use the open source models for scoring or personalization / copy at scale tbh just seems really hard to beat 5.4 for coding or opus 4.6 for strategy / talking business

@AIProfitsLegend Big fan of M2.7 been running it on Hermes for a while and very impressed Also running qwen 27b which has been great by local agent standards GLM also v good but need to stress test 5.1 some more I’d have zero issues with GPT if it could actually have a personality

@LucasSynnott GLM 5.1 is legitimately great kinda spoiled after M2.7 also just dropped sadly I suspect we're all gonna get locked into GPT6 that still talks like an overly literal german lol

@ALEXAGY0 People use it because it masks the symptoms subjectively in the short term but every study I’ve ever read on the topic suggests it’s a pretty horrendous compound if the goal is improving cognitive performance / mitigating ADHD symptoms Autism I suspect is more complicated

Just switched back to Opus 4.6 for a bit to compare. Yeah, Opus just is that much better 😒 GPT-5.4 is great at coding and complex tool use. But day-to-day, Opus is just a much more pleasant experience. I'm probably just gonna pay the premium and wait for prices to go down over time.
Simon Høiberg@SimonHoiberg

I used to use Opus 4.6 but switched to GPT-5.4. Opus did much better in day-to-day communication, it's much more pleasant to talk to. GPT-5.4 does tools call and multistep stuff better, no doubt. I'm now using GPT-5.4 fully, it's more affordable, and the slightly annoying way it replies is tolerable.

Not to put this guy on blast, but you can’t “use casual language” prompt your way out of obvious AI writing tells AI can write in any style convincingly but you have to give it concrete linguistic, argument structure, diction, etc rules then have it iterate til requirements met
