Dear @Keurig, I don’t care if it’s six months out of warranty, a coffee maker shouldn’t die because I run the descale feature using your branded solution and following the manual to the letter. That’s crappy design full stop and should result in a free replacement. #deadkuerig

@Keurig @Walmart My keurig stopped working after I descaled it. After talking to customer service they said take pics send and we will ship a new unit. Sent pics now they say send unit back then it takes another 10 days to ship a new one. Horrible on Reddit the reviews are bad they always break
