How many did he bring in? Are you upset about the claim? Or the number is wrong. Which somehow makes the intent of the argument invalid? Those unvetted are verifiably getting benefits of all kinds. Yes the depositor does get US citizenship. The foreign national deposits a human. Which is also a foreign national. Which grows up under dual citizenship. The foreign national child, petitions the parent. Which gets US citizenship. The motivation of the depositor is to get the child US citizenship and themselves US citizenship.

@C_3C_3 The U.S. had a full scale civil war to end slavery because so much of the country was so determined not to let it end. Other countries managed to do it without having hundreds of thousands die.

Want some truth? There are ~195 sovereign countries in the World and all 195 have had slavery. But… Out of those 195 countries the United States is the only one that fought a full scale Civil War to end it.

@anpadil53 @GOP_is_Gutless The logic is flawed. The U.S. determines who is a citizen via laws. The 14th amendment is such a law. There is a mechanism for changing the law and presidential executive order is not it.

The Dark Knight Rises is Christopher Nolan’s most flawed film but those flaws are largely masked by an outstanding opening sequence & a really well-done conclusion. This isn’t just a great conclusion to one film, it’s a great conclusion to an entire trilogy. P.S….only 97 days.
