🚨 Topstep NEW Intraday Trailing Daily Loss Limit (Calculated intraday using both realized and unrealized net P&L.) Example: On a $50k account with a $2k daily loss limit, if a position runs up +$3k and then retraces back to +$1k, you’ve effectively drawn down $2k from the intraday peak. At that point, Topstep will auto-close the position and lock you out for the rest of the day.

I know I focus a lot on the shorter term charts/strategies, but even I'm looking for data to back strategies for taking a little larger swing intraday sometimes. As long as the strategy stays within my AM session window (runners into PM are okay). This fits that idea. $NQ $ES 🤔

If I'm not mistaken, this would be the $NQ data behind the @traderkane $1.86M prop payout strategy. 6-10am range, sweep (manipulate) above/below b4 returning back inside the range with 50% as target. The early sweep setup (<30min) with target met b4 2pm is nearly 70% (69.3%). 💪

20th January, 2026. Busy one. Initial BE on HTF from day before and then and early -1% on HTF also with Phillip to start. Then in NY I looked for the short initially BE, followed by two failed attempts -2% (the second TICKLED for 4.5%). Finished with +3%. BE Day.

16th January, 2026. Head on Mars. Writing this on the following Monday to cool down from last week. First short beautiful up 4%. Reversed in the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE for BE. Second trade BE I leave the day with buttons and the week ends swimming in my own shite. #trading

15th January, 2026. Got absolutely slapped by a rangey market. Had to cool off before posting hence posting late. Stinker. #trading

12th January, 2026. A make back day. Started off with a loss on HTF GA with Phil. During New York there was uncertainty with Fed Powell being investigated by the FBI. Stayed with sentiment and went long on Range play (BE). Long on Break (-1%). Then B+R and Highs (+1.7%)

9th January, 2026. Strange day. Somehow took 3 longs on SPX and ended up -1R. Stopped out at BE on initial entry by a tick. Nice first W on HTF with Phil banking 4.4% carried the load this week! Nice first week of the year. #trading #spx

8th January, 2026. Shitty price action. Pretty controlled 1 loss 2 Breakeven. I was ready if it soared. It didn’t. We go again. #trading

Very unlucky to be ticked out of initial position on a trump tweet on what would’ve been a Breakeven trade. Got a little back on the second entry with a trailing stop at +0.36%. Solid markets to start 2026. #trading #forex

7th January, 2026. First HTF trade of 2026 with Phil, -1%. Another solid day on lower time frames S&P, with a breakeven long initially. Trailed correctly but slightly tight for +1.65% as the risk of it dropping was real, but it continued to almost 4%. That’s the game.

5th January, 2026. With The US taking control of Venezuela and oil reserves I anticipated New York bearish movement, especially with initial drop at 3pm PMI, despite pre-market bullish movement. Took one attempt at short. Should be -1% but can’t risk 100L w @AlphaCapitalUK

2nd January, 2026. Busy opening day of the year. Bearish bias following on from sentiment from before the New Year. 3 trades (TradeZella says 6 due to testing accounts) At one point floating over 9%.
