Michelle Walker, NAACP, Relman Colfax, Legal Aid of Arkansas vs RTTL and the Arkansas Community On May 20, the New York Times informed us about a new lawsuit backed by the NAACP, Relman Colfax, and Legal Aid of Arkansas, against Return to the Land, our private membership association. Michelle Walker, a Jewish real estate broker in the St. Louis Missouri area who has a Black husband and mixed-race kids, is suing Return to the Land because she filled out an application to join the organization—a private club for individuals and families of European heritage (plus many other factors required for membership)—and was later denied. Additionally, she is suing the Arkansas community, whose 160-acre property is owned and managed by the company Wisdom Woods LLC. She claims to have been denied either a land purchase or some kind of investment opportunity, though it is still unclear. New York Times: “A good investment is a good investment,” Ms. Walker said, adding that she did not set out with the goal of mounting a legal challenge when she applied. “There was never a plan for my husband and children to go there. I’m bold but I’m not stupid.” It’s a strange case, considering Wisdom Woods LLC has never sold land and never had any contact with Mrs. Walker at any point. It is equally strange for the Return to the Land organization, which doesn’t even own land, and is a nationwide organization with over 1000 members. The alarming part is the activist-written tone of the complaint and the significant amount of money being thrown at this case, which suggests their goal may be to bankrupt low-income White families who are homesteading at the Arkansas land. The complaint, though weak and absurd, is written in a way that seems designed to bias a judge and jury. It’s likely that they want to create a big media spectacle and set new precedents against White Americans’ ability to freely associate with each other, or even live together on their own private property.

Our business networking efforts have been producing good results already. Feel free to DM if you own a business and are interested. They don't want us to collectivize. They try to discourage us from working and living together. Ignore them and do it anyway.

Here is my open letter to DA Robert J. Nash: feel free to share and express your own sentiment as well. Email his office. We must make our voices heard. We will not allow this type of attacks on Liberty. Good Citizen 22 May 2026 District Attorney Robert Nash [Office of the District Attorney] Demanded Recusal and Resignation for the Characterization of Constitutional Rights as Privileges. District Attorney Nash, I am writing to formally express my profound disdain and unyielding opposition to your recent public characterization of Dalton Eatherly’s fundamental right to free speech and expression as a mere "privilege." This rhetoric is a direct assault on liberty, an insult to the Constitution you swore an oath to uphold, and a disqualifying display of legal philosophy for a chief prosecutor. In the United States, freedom of speech is not a concession granted by government whim, nor is it a conditional benefit subject to the approval of a District Attorney. It is an unalienable right, inherent to all citizens and explicitly protected against government infringement by the First Amendment. When a public official tasked with the administration of justice redefines foundational liberties as privileges, they undermine the bedrock of our constitutional republic and signal a dangerous willingness to abuse the power of their office. Your statements reveal a fundamental misunderstanding of—or a deliberate disregard for—the constitutional limitations placed upon your authority. A prosecutor who views the Bill of Rights as a list of government-sanctioned privileges cannot be trusted to administer justice impartially or to protect the civil liberties of the populace. Consequently, your position in the matter involving Dalton Eatherly is entirely compromised. You have demonstrated a clear bias against the exercise of constitutional rights, rendering a fair and impartial administration of justice impossible under your current direction. I demand that you immediately recuse yourself from any and all proceedings regarding Dalton Eatherly to ensure the integrity of the legal process. Furthermore, because your public statements demonstrate a philosophy fundamentally incompatible with the duties of your office and your oath of allegiance to the Constitution, I demand your immediate resignation as District Attorney. The citizens of this community deserve a prosecuting authority who respects, defends, and upholds the constitutional liberties of all individuals, without exception. Sincerely, @realPatriot_Dad

DA Robert Nash calls Dalton's right to free speech a "privilege" while trying to silence him... The American people are sovereign, Robert, and if public servants like you try to act like you rule over us, it will become our duty to demonstrate that sovereignty. Be respectful.
Tayler Hansen@TaylerUSA

ChudTheBuilder update: According to a witness who attended court yesterday— While advocating for a gag order on Dalton, DA Robert Nash reportedly told the judge that “Dalton’s abuse of First Amendment privileges is what got us into this mess in the first place.” Yes, he referred to the First Amendment as a privilege, not a right, before proceeding to blame Dalton’s speech for leading to the situation.

@emaj238 If you say "white hate" it leaves it ambiguous whether you mean hatred of White people or hatred by White people. Also I wanted to use the anti-anti vs pro line.

@Aarvoll_ Is there one too many anti’s in there? It’s just white hate. And we should all be anti… white hate. I do have anti- white hate. It’s hate for the anti-white. Am I right? Maybe it’s semantics but I don’t like when people say reverse racism. It’s just racism… still just racism.

If you're tired of seeing anti-White hate, it's an impotent response to be passively neutral on the existence of our race There are groups who hate us and want to destroy us; you can't wish that away Being anti-anti-White doesn't work: have courage and be pro-White

@preacher325194 If someone already regards you as their enemy, you don't have a choice, you have to defend yourself. Millions of people see White supremacy or even concept of Whiteness as a problem to be overcome, and my kids will face the consequences of that unless I do something.

@Aarvoll_ The enemy is not a race nor a creed Is when we dehumanize ourselves God created us to be in tribes and to naturally love and protect our kin Man in his hubris rules that all men must be equal That’s the insidious demon that destroy both white and black

There isn't a single shred of evidence that "AMH originated in sub-Saharan Africa 300kya" or that around 75kya "a small group migrated out and populated the world" In fact this study proves that in fact did not happen. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10…

The NAACP is backing a new lawsuit against RTTL by a Jewish woman, this time for discrimination. It's 100% a case that could set precedent relevant for all White Americans, and we intend to fight it with everything we have. More details to come.

It’s ridiculous that anyone can launch lawsuits like these. They have no desire to live in RTTL. They just want to outlaw and financially ruin a space for Whites. If we don’t have freedom of association, we don’t have freedom.

A jewish woman married to a black man is suing Return to the Land (RTTL), a Whites-only community project in Arkansas. This is a targeted attack on White people, facilitated by the anti-White NAACP Legal Defense Fund. It’s yet another lawsuit designed to crush any attempt by Whites to exercise freedom of association and build communities with their own people.
