@Frojax_ @Aarvoll_ @RTTL_Official I don’t think that she has the NCAACP on her side, giving that they only represent Black people and if you wanna be true and like very theological, but all it is, she’s white no matter if she’s Jewish or not, she’s white

Michelle Walker, NAACP, Relman Colfax, Legal Aid of Arkansas vs RTTL and the Arkansas Community On May 20, the New York Times informed us about a new lawsuit backed by the NAACP, Relman Colfax, and Legal Aid of Arkansas, against Return to the Land, our private membership association. Michelle Walker, a Jewish real estate broker in the St. Louis Missouri area who has a Black husband and mixed-race kids, is suing Return to the Land because she filled out an application to join the organization—a private club for individuals and families of European heritage (plus many other factors required for membership)—and was later denied. Additionally, she is suing the Arkansas community, whose 160-acre property is owned and managed by the company Wisdom Woods LLC. She claims to have been denied either a land purchase or some kind of investment opportunity, though it is still unclear. New York Times: “A good investment is a good investment,” Ms. Walker said, adding that she did not set out with the goal of mounting a legal challenge when she applied. “There was never a plan for my husband and children to go there. I’m bold but I’m not stupid.” It’s a strange case, considering Wisdom Woods LLC has never sold land and never had any contact with Mrs. Walker at any point. It is equally strange for the Return to the Land organization, which doesn’t even own land, and is a nationwide organization with over 1000 members. The alarming part is the activist-written tone of the complaint and the significant amount of money being thrown at this case, which suggests their goal may be to bankrupt low-income White families who are homesteading at the Arkansas land. The complaint, though weak and absurd, is written in a way that seems designed to bias a judge and jury. It’s likely that they want to create a big media spectacle and set new precedents against White Americans’ ability to freely associate with each other, or even live together on their own private property.

@nwcinuse @Tomhennessey69 We are building some of these things. We have ~1000 members now. An early complaint we had a couple years ago was that RTTL had too many engineers.

@Tomhennessey69 Exactly, just let these trailer trash backwards fear-based bottom feeders self isolate. I don’t see what the issue is. Why would anyone wanna be around these people? Let them build their own fiber optics, micro chips, infrastructure, and commerce.

A jewish woman married to a black man is suing Return to the Land (RTTL), a Whites-only community project in Arkansas. This is a targeted attack on White people, facilitated by the anti-White NAACP Legal Defense Fund. It’s yet another lawsuit designed to crush any attempt by Whites to exercise freedom of association and build communities with their own people. I made the legal campaign November 2024, so it's literally same one as whatever the last one is you're talking about. $96,428 raised since November 2024. All have gone to doing legal research, retainers, responding to several investigations, a frivolous but expensive lawsuit, and now we've raised like another 2k since this new lawsuit. No idea why you have so many followers but you're a bad faith actor for sure.

The NAACP is backing a new lawsuit against RTTL by a Jewish woman, this time for discrimination. It's 100% a case that could set precedent relevant for all White Americans, and we intend to fight it with everything we have. More details to come.

@troubled_guest Comparable to other stick frame houses if you do the $2000 OSB upgrade. You can also add tons of Simpson strong ties for some tornado resistance.

@scottth86 How sturdy are these things? In terms of holding up against storms. Are they flimsy like mobile homes?

I don't have this kit, but w/ everything my 1000 sqft. house is about 90k. I hired a lot of RTTL labor though to support our guys which was twice as much as non-RTTL labor. If I had done a kit and more labor myself it'd probably be closer to 70k and I would have metal siding instead of LP Smartsiding -- I still may add metal siding later. If I do a well-share with my neighbor I'd earn some of the well cost back.

@Trail_and_Track @scottth86 @RTTL_Official No way Look at their website. It's basically a shell. Concrete services on a small house is still $35 a square. ft. so that's $35k, plus the land cost, prep, permits, septic, well, utilities, all the plumbing, cabinets , finishes, internals. That $13,000 kit is really $250k

10k for the most minimal slab, a little less to do sonotubes and build a floor. 2k for the OSB upgrade. Wells are averaging about 10k at 350ft. If in a community like RTTL it's easy to do a well share with your neighbor and split that cost. Land around here goes for about 3k/acre so really the biggest question is how much land do you need. Land clearing costs about 1k/acre. Septic 7-10k. If the kit costs is $13,500 I would double it for the most minimal interior finishing, triple for most people who want to finish it out nicely. 2k for insulation. Very rough ballpark is about 70k on 3 acres if you do most of the finishing yourself and clear about an acre of land. It mostly depends on how much labor you do yourself, how much land you get, and the finishing. Some people might have wives that can't live with out radiant marble floor bathrooms and cabinets made from some endangered hardwood species and then yes it could end up 250k.
