The facts are there for anyone to observe. South Africa now has more anti-White laws than there were anti-Black laws under Apartheid! I am extremely opposed to anti-Black laws, but equally opposed to the laws against White people or other races too. There should be a fair and even playing field.

This is not about agreeing or disagreeing. That is in the realm of "difference of opinion." The test here is not opinion but objective truth. Is the message a lie or truth? Is it fact or fiction? This notion that facts and opinions are indistinguishable is false. Let me help you spot the difference. 1) "Do you think apartheid was good or bad?" This question asks for your opinion around which we may agree or disagree. 2) Was there apartheid in South Africa?" This is a factual inquiry. It is not about your opinion because whether one supports or doesn't support apartheid, it DID happen. The billboard is not expressing an opinion but putting disinformation on public infrastructure. They must hang it at their offices - private property. You are also missing a fundamental element. Freedom of expression is not absolute. Out law also speaks on "public harm." There is a section in propaganda, incitement and advocacy of hatred. Read it.
