Clean'n Sober

I am aware that it doesn't say anywhere in the literature this statement. But what I can tell you is if you want to change a habit the 35 day cycle in treatment is just the beginning...its what you do after you leave there. This works from my own experience

find a meeting

I can feel the eyerolls lol...bottom line? without acceptance of people places and things I stay stuck. It is something I must do on a daily basis. Its not just one and done...thats what meetings are for....see how I did that? lol. Have a day everyone

Yes I can use the reminder too...meetings are not for complaining although it happens. They're for sharing experience( those who made it through the doors, strength(in numbers in our groups), and hope( for the future). Its all there like a tidy little package
