@GoibiboSupport This is just a simple thing not hard to understand,I have told you that the voluntary cancellation happens because of the unexpected cancellation from the airlines and as a result that leads to the cancellation of the return leg. Escalate this to someone please. @Goibibo_Support

@GoibiboSupport I know about the transaction I received, but that’s not what I’m referring to. My concern is about the refund for my return leg, which I’ve clearly mentioned in both my email and here. I don’t understand why this is being overlooked address the return leg refund specifically.
