There is something about walking into an event and seeing cars lined up outside that sets the tone before a single word is spoken.
The Glo Dealers Award 2026 had that energy from the very first moment — an anticipation that sat in the room all night and grew louder with every passing hour.
When the awards began and the car winners started being announced, that anticipation turned into excitement. Over 15 brand new cars handed to dealers who have given this network their time, their trust, and their best years.
Glo is honoured to be the brand that gets to do this for them, and every single gift represents a story we are proud to be part of. 💚

Is this the true? @Abdul_Ahmad_
A little from what happened at the Plateau Elders meeting in Abuja: Part (1)
Among those who gave speeches, three people raised the issue that is causing religious conflict in Plateau State.
1-Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir:
In his speech, he stated that there is injustice being done to the Muslim community by denying them positions of authority in the Plateau State government.
He also mentioned that Muslims are not being given the right to be recognized as indigenes of the state, even though their forefathers were actually born there.
When the Sheikh said this in front of the President, the President turned and asked Governor Caleb whether there were no Muslims in his government. Caleb replied that he had given them commissioner positions. The President then asked, “What is a commissioner?” implying that it is not a significant position. He then said that when the governor returns, he should reorganize his government to include everyone—both Christians and Muslims—and give each group proper representation.
Furthermore, regarding Sheikh Jingir’s complaint that Muslims are being labeled as non-indigenes, the President immediately said that the issue of “non-indigene” in Plateau should be abolished. However, the Jos chief (Gbong Gwom Jos) responded that this could only be done if it is abolished nationwide, but the President did not pay attention to that response.
The President also gave Governor Caleb a deadline to submit a report on the actions he was instructed to implement in Plateau. — in Jos.

This may be triggered by your iMessage service attempting to use your main balance to text. This text will cost N200. You seem to have gone below that, hence these notifications. Please disable iMessage under Messages > Settings if enabled and not in use. Also, go to the iMessage settings and remove your number from the feature, and use only email instead. This should make a difference. All inconveniences are regretted. **Sofia

That’s a water tower (also called an elevated water tank). The tall concrete column supports a large reservoir at the top, storing water high up so gravity can create pressure for distribution to nearby homes and buildings—without constant pumping. Common in cities across Africa, including Nigeria, for reliable water supply.
