@jlandpcustserv Hand dryer in Ladies toilet level 2 Birmingham store, has been out of order for months with a notice saying ‘We are working hard to get this repaired’ Heaven help them if they ever needed an ‘urgent’ repair! Always long queues 😥

@marksandspencer Have your cafes stopped stocking the individual jars of marmalade? So difficult to get at any of the cafes we use. Staff don’t know if more will arrive😥 do we need to find somewhere else for breakfast?

Well that was an eventful night! Vets remembered we’d told them I used to be on the #blooddonor scheme in Yorkshire so called me in to donate for a very sick dog. Mum and the vets said I was very good. Just back now and got a huge lump of 🧀😁. Hope the doggy it was for is ok.

@jlandpcustserv Thank you Nicki. I eventually managed to get through to the store and they said open at 9am. Very confusing that there are 2 varying times and the website says ‘hours may vary’. Glad we don’t have to travel too far.

@marksandspencer Oh dear, yet again no marmalade in the cafe in Birmingham High Street. 😥Guess it’s back to John Lewis for us then - always have marmalade and as many butter portions as you like 😀

@ianfreeman @marksandspencer How are you going to investigate cherries that are in the bin? Nothing will happen if you do ‘investigate’. Will stick to my local greengrocer from now on, no plastic, just paper bags.

@ianfreeman @marksandspencer It is really sad. M&S used to mean quality and good customer service. Too few staff for that nowadays and, as you say, the comment is always ‘passed on’ and subsequently ignored.

@ianfreeman @marksandspencer We bought cherries yesterday and they too ended up in our bin. Well inside sell by date. Bought some beautiful ones this morning, in a paper bag, at the local greengrocer. Won’t be buying from M&S again

@nxwestmidlands Good morning Zobrul. Please can you confirm that my Network West Midlands Earlybird bus/train pass can be used before 9.30 on NX buses? Never been refused before but was made to cry by. Driver telling me to get a proper pass😥

@nxwestmidlands Really helpful advice from NWM and reassuring that I was able to travel. Am a very nervous soul and it may take me some time to get enough courage to travel again. Please could your drivers be kind? It isn’t nice being made to cry😥

@networkwm @nxwestmidlands Thank you. Never had it questioned before. Quite upset when I was told to ‘get yourself as proper pass’. Earlybird suits my need perfectly as I use both bus and train before 09:30. Thanks for the advice. Will need courage to travel again.

@marksandspencer One free little shop item with every transaction in Birmingham High St cafe today? Staff don’t know why. Many people asking to have any that customers don’t require. Seems rather strange🤔
