Unbelievable the CW rested after that two second “investigation” explanation by the cop. This is the type of case that is so frustrating for so many reasons. This hurts real victims-causing so many of them to stay silent in fear this will be their reality when in truth and justice - the LEO or CW should have stood in the way of this moving forward. CW rests in an apathetic attempt to just “see what happens” with a real human being’s liberty on the line.
