@anaca_sanggre @probably_KinS @karlirey07 @avatar6583 Nope wla ka nmn hiningi na proof for those instances, you asked me to search SOGIESC to "learn the differences" (whatever that means). it does not only refer to refugees, pero it serves proof na it does happen kahit ibang bansa pa man. So paanong mababaw na logic ito? Tawa ulit?

@not_alfonso @avatar6583 Just because they have the capacity for abuse, does that negate their gender identity? So, my problem is what constitutes as trans and men/women??

@abcde2317_23 @avatar6583 We don’t bend language and build laws around people’s propensity for abuse. It’s clear that your problem isn’t w/ trans women but w/ cis men and their capacity for abuse. Why should trans women be the ones punished by way of exclusion for the failures of men?

Why insist trans women are women? Scientifically, you aren't. Our ancestors fought hard for women’s rights; claiming biological men are women is deeply disrespectful to biological women. Why can’t you just stay as trans without claiming to be women when you aren't?

TRANS WOMEN ARE WOMEN!

Because if anybody can be a woman without concise definition then that can be confusing for people. Should we not use information to help people to understand their identity?

@abcde2317_23 @avatar6583 Malinaw naman ang definition ng trans, ang hindi ko naiintindihan is bakit ang narrow at rigid ng definition mo ng womanhood, when it can be a space shared by both trans women and cis women. Hindi naman kine-claim ng trans women na cis sila.

@not_alfonso @avatar6583 No one is saying that trans women should be punished, pero with the definition of trans people, how do u know those people you refer to as cis men are not actual trans women? Is that not invalidating their gender identity?

@maripohxa @not_alfonso @Execdump Asking people to explain a certain concept I thought I was familiar with is not because I lacked understanding, it's because I want to expand upon it by getting different perspectives. So I wanted to see why we disagree on this, bakit iba thinking mo kesa sa akin

@abcde2317_23 @not_alfonso @Execdump na research mo na? eh kanina nga nanghingi kapa ng definition ng woman. the way I had to explain to u how experiences define a woman at kung anong mga experiences ito, says that u didn't really search enough to know the basics of being a transwoman

@abcde2317_23 @Execdump what the community need most is a support system. syempre pag may mga pagkakamali sa community, kini-correct sila.

@maripohxa @not_alfonso @Execdump That's why I have time, kasi nga I've researched it na pero it seems people are informed differently so I would like to know why is that. Are we not able to expand our understanding through conversations and discussions?

@abcde2317_23 @not_alfonso @Execdump hindi nya naman inexclude ang lahat ng gender. they only used it to explain the shared experiences women have. and why dont u try searching it no? if u have time to bicker here, then u must also have the time and energy to know it yourself.

@maripohxa @Execdump I'm part of the community too pero di ko gets, so I engage in convos with people to understand their pov, so saying "u just get it" is not really informative and paano maeeducate ang iba

@abcde2317_23 @Execdump idk. im not a transgender. pero as a part of the community myself, u just get it. it takes time fo accept yourself and be open about it. thats why its important na mag provide tayo ng isang supportive environment for thise people who need it

@not_alfonso @avatar6583 Tapos it is trying to be enforced that that person be treated as the gender they are, is that not harmful na madali gamitin ang trans identity as a guise to enter certain spaces para maghasik ng katarantaduhan?

@not_alfonso @avatar6583 I guess I don't view it as hate if we say na iba tlga ang trans woman sa woman. I want to fight for proper trans rights in society, pero w/o clear cut definitions on what trans is, mahirap i-achieve yun, kasi kahit sino pwede magclaim na trans may medical intervention or wla

@maripohxa @Execdump Pero what classifies as feminine? Dapat ba naka-make up, mahaba hair, naka dress, mataas boses and other stereotypes? Like these are the norms I am talking about, are they supposed to have these femininity to be called women?
