@d_dot_k Who buys a tablet soap while they can afford a shower gel? So it’s not a benchmark but a symbol. If people are downgrading to the cheapest basics, the economy is not advancing. This should be easy to tell.

@abcdefgcz @refilwepoetry93 Usually it’s pricing in Lilongwe otherwise many good houses in 10, 43, 47, 49 for those in Lilongwe. However, prices range from 1.5 million now with new taxes to 3 million a month.
