Maybe if they have a hormone disorder. But, notice prior to the modern era Muslims who married children had sex with them whether they had hit puberty or not. They didn't care. Why? Because they were following the example of the Prophet. There was NO WORD of Aisha hitting puberty at 9 years old in the holy texts. This whole argument is a modern cope.
