I agree on building authority generated around your product. But that realistically won't be more effective then having hundreds of videos, angles, demos, creators, etc. Talking and demonstrating how they benefited from using your app/software. Im not discrediting the importance of it but that's the best way to his the mass consumer.

@abezled I totally get that. Distribution is huge, but what about building trust? Just having a person recommend your product isn't enough anymore. People crave authenticity and connections. How do we ensure those recommendations are truly genuine?

saw a founder post this week: "distribution is the ONLY moat left" he's right and it's not even close you can clone any app in a weekend now using cursor, claude, rork ... whatever but you can't clone a real person on camera genuinely recommending your product to thousands of people

$35k–$110k/month ad accounts are testing animated metaphor ads like this not ugc not influencers not typical product demos just everyday objects turned into characters water attacking stains toothpaste fixing damage shower washing it away it looks strange but your brain understands it instantly no explanation no voiceovers needed the visual metaphor does all the selling ai creates scenes characters and variations at scale same concept flipped into dozens of angles that’s why these creatives scale so fast rt + comment “metaflow” and i’ll send the framework (follow for dm)

weird pattern i keep seeing running a UGC service for app founders is the founders who built their app in a weekend are the easiest, they understand marketing is the key lever the founders who spent a long time building think the product should sell itself just started a week ago and views slowly ramping up
