When spending is tied to multi-decade projections rather than realized forex gains, the currency cannot be moved for short-term fiscal benefit. The incentive is sterilized by design. I'd bet a structure parallel to Singapore's will make India a much better place to invest.

For those who like to hear the article read aloud while they read it, I've been a user of Natural Reader for years. However, @MicrosoftEdge read-aloud (shift+cmd+U) does it way better on voices and languages. Nothing close in @googlechrome, @safari or @firefox
