आचार्य प्रशांत को न सुनने की कीमत होती है हमारी गिरी हुई, घुटी हुई, दबी हुई, डरी हुई जीवन जीना। मैने आचार्य जी को न सुनने की बहुत कीमत चुकाई है और अब भी चुका ही रहा हूं मगर सुधरने की बस बात ही होती है लेकिन अंदर ही अंदर रस का मजा लूटता है और फिर पछताता है कि हाय ये मेरी फूटी किस्मत।
बिना गीता के संसार में जब जब गया, भरपूर लुटा और खूब पीटा।
आचार्य जी कहते है न कि जब भी संसार में जाओ बाप (राम) को साथ लेकर जाओ। अकेले मत निकल जाना बाजार में, नहीं तो कहीं के नहीं बचोगे।

When Uddhav Thackeray was the CM of Maharashtra, an actor committed suicide in Mumbai, there was no foul play proven, it was a simple case of suicide and yet BJP found a way to make it a failure of Uddhav Thackeray and his Government.
During BJP's rule, a senior politician has been assassinated, an actor is constantly attacked and another legend was just stabbed in Mumbai and there is no outrage or accountability being asked from Fadnavis or BJP.

अहमदाबाद के निजी स्कूल में शुक्रवार को 8 साल की बच्ची की हार्टअटैक से मौत हो गई. गार्गी राणपरा सुबह की पारी में करीब 8 बजे स्कूल पहुंची थी. अचानक उसके सीने में दर्द उठा, दर्द के बाद बच्ची लॉबी की बेंच पर बैठ गईं और कुछ ही सेकेंड्स में जमीन पर गिर गई. जिसके बाद उसे आनन-फानन में अस्पताल ले जाया गया. जहां उस बच्ची को डाक्टरों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया। इस पूरी घटना का CCTV वीडियो सामने आया है.

4/ Eat Your Last Meal Early
For years I tested my eating times on sleep quality and landed at 11 am being the best for high quality sleep.
Not everyone can do this, but here are the general guidelines:
+ Avoid eating within 3-4 hours of bedtime
+ Have your largest meal in the middle of the day
+ When socializing late, choose light options like veggies
+ You can experiment extending to eating your final meal 4 and 6 hours before bed to assess how it effects your sleep quality.
+ By the time I go to bed at 8:30 pm, primary digestion is done and my resting heart rate is around 47-49 bpm.
Here’s why:
Eating close to bed creates large metabolic demands on your body, causes blood glucose fluctuations, reduces melatonin production, and disrupts your body’s natural process of lowering core body temperature.
