FII ownership in India just hit a 15-year low of 16%. Everyone left. Dollar, Korea, Taiwan, Japan - money went everywhere but here. That is not a warning sign. That is a loading screen. The next chapter of Indian markets will not be written by those who stayed. It will be owned by those who came back - and they always come back. Underowned markets do not stay underowned forever.

@thekaipullai Why not privatize (ensuring genuine competition like Euro rail) if government can’t afford to build railways and trains where demand exists? Why not privatize if airports and airlines can be privatized ? India had only a government run airline earlier.

With some great innocence I proposed the Idea of hourly Vande Bharat Type trains between important cities which are 300 to 500 kms from each other. Then I realized we haven't implemented a suburban railway in Bengaluru for 43 years. In the time China went from Steam Engines to Diesel to Electric to deploying the world's largest network of High Speed rail, we haven't been able to roll out a non air conditioned, 30 kmph, simple suburban railway system, the likes of which have been existing in Mumbai and Chennai since 1900s. I guess my previous suggestion is a little too ambitious for Indian Railways at this stage.

@Lakshay110308 @SalmonHorizon @theepicmap Most women don’t have financial independence or community support to take own decisions, hence they have no option but to bear with abuse. In whichever region women are financially independent and have freedom to express their views, divorce rates are high.

@JaibyGeorge5979 Arabs pronounced “S” in Sindhus (residents of river Sindhu basin) “H”. They called Hindus. That region is in Pakistan. Name should be changed back to Sindhus. Until 1940s, only upper caste were included in Sindhu. Lower not allowed near temple- Vaikome Satyagraha 1940s just 80 yr

In Sandhesam, Jayaram asks ' What happened in Hungary? A leader branded a traitor for 40 yrs was finally dug up and honored when the truth came out That dialogue is apt for these Characters. Time proved they weren't villains, they were right all along. Time is the ultimate judge

@livemint Someone seems to be encouraging through social media the reckless “display of Indian culture”. Otherwise why multiple incidents at different countries at the same time? These ignorant souls don’t realize they are damaging the reputation and reinforcing dislike of Indians.

Indian tourists have often faced criticism abroad for being loud, disruptive and ignoring local etiquette. Now, a fresh wave of viral incidents is putting that reputation under the spotlight once again. This is not about the viral videos this month or even this year. It is a story about a reputation that has been building for years, and a growing debate over why Indian tourists keep finding themselves at the centre of complaints across the world. @sana_mb explains, watch ➡️ youtube.com/watch?v=W9kUWC…

@Parth824871 @jumlajournalist @_amitbehere None of the states including Kerala have a proper organized regular waste collection and recycling system like any developed countries. I have seen how that’s done in UAE and USA. we are nowhere close. Try to dispose an old unwanted foam mattress in Kerala and you will understand

If all of India would be like Tamil Nadu, we would have living standards on par with Vietnam or Indonesia. But since we Indians have decided to become more like Bihar and UP, we will soon have living standards on par with Somalia and worse than Pakistan.

So, Hyundai has already started building shipyard. Now whether we can bring in Mazagon Dock too. Since Tuticorin is being developed as a huge maritime industry destination, why can't we have multiple shipyards? Media says Mazagon Dock is still interested. Let's explore.
Thiru. Venkata Karthik 🔥@venkatakarthikp

Tamil Nadu’s industry minister @Keerthana4VNR madam visited HD Hyundai Heavy Industries’ shipyard, touring facilities and discussing collaboration to boost manufacturing and investment. Major step for Indian Shipbuilding. HD Hyundai will be investing in Thoothukudi.

@darshitpatel84 Why are you misleading being a Mutual Fund distributor? See the Grok answer below. Rs 10,000 would have grown to 1Cr + dividends. We know the promoter is a Muslim which doesn’t suit your narratives. Still you should mislead.

When I spoke about the positives of Tamil Nadu during the previous government, critics ironically called me "Dravidian Stock." Now that TVK is ruling, talking positively about Tamil Nadu is labeled as dancing to Vijay's tunes. Please note that I don't belong to any political party and have no obligation towards any political leader. I want Tamil Nadu to progress and become much better. I cannot badmouth my state.
