Guys, please when you see this, help me say a pray for Kosi. Please. God. “It breaks my heart beyond what you can imagine that I have to post this. On Saturday My younger brother was on his way home from school when the bus he was in was intercepted by kidnappers and they were taken. The ransom is 50Million naira. It’s very crazy right now but I’m just asking all the people who can see this post to join us in prayers. The police and other authorities have been informed but ultimately only God can help us. Please pray for us and for his safe return because I don’t know what else to do. Please pray for Kosi my baby 😭.”

My youngest sister has been kidnapped! She was kidnapped on Monday, 13 April 2026, on her way to Abuja to report for duties from Ogun State, Nigeria. We have not gotten precise information about where the incident happened. She reached us briefly around 12.am Wednesday, 15 April 2026, that she has been kidnapped since on Monday without details of who kidnapped her, why, and where she is before the phone was taken from her. The kidnappers have been calling for ransom. They demanded 100 million naira, but we have negotiated it down to 40 million naira. I can not the ransom they are demanding. They are calling me with registered numbers. Our preliminary findings have it that this happened in Kabba, Kogi State, Nigeria. She was kidnapped along with other passengers in a Chisco bus at Kabba, Kogi State, Nigeria. I have been to three different police stations. One in Lagos and the two at Mowe and Redeemed Police stations. The police stations have no tracking system and that since there is no information about location, police said they can't work. I have been in contact with Ogun and Kogi States Police Commands. Nothing has come out of it. I called police national PPRO. He said I should go and report it at the nearest police station after I had already reported. While trying to explain further, he ended the call and did not pick up my calls again until now. She remains in the harsh and harrowing den of the kidnappers for 11 days now. I do not want to lose my sister. She is a very young girl who is just starting life. Please help us to spread this widely until the authorities concerned see it, act on it, rescue her alive, safe, and unconditionally. Today Wednesday 22 April 2026 makes it 8 Days my youngest sister called that she had been kidnapped in Kabba, Kogi State Nigeria, on her way to Abuja since Monday 13 April 2026 and the kidnappers were demanding for N100 million naira ransom which we have been able to beat down to N40 million naira. She is spending 10 gory Days in the harrowing and harsh custody of kidnappers today. She is an innocent young girl who was going for her source of livelihood. She bears the burdens of taking care of our sick father, her nephews, and niece. The Nigeria Police Force @PoliceNG @TunjiDisu1 @aleeygiwa @CspIniedu @PoliceNG_CRU @KogiPoliceNG and other security agencies @OfficialDSSNG @NuhuRibadu @BTOofficial @nigimmigration @HQNigerianArmy @NigAirForce are not doing enough to rescue her. Please help us to secure her release. Help us to raise her ransom. The kidnappers have been threatening to k!ll her. They keep giving deadlines. We do not know what might happen in the next minutes. The family is grieving. Rukayat is motherless. She has been motherless for 21 years. I singlehandedly raised her with the support of our father. Please 🙏 🙏 🙏 help us to save her life and the lives of other victims. Thank you sir/madam for your concerns and support.

NPF MODERNIZES OPERATIONAL FLEET WITH SUPPORT FROM NPF-TF AND PI-CNG, SETS PATH FOR GREEN ENERGY TRANSITION In a significant step toward sustainable policing and enhanced operational efficiency, the Nigeria Police Force, on 21st April 2026, received three specialized buses from the Nigeria Police Trust Fund (NPF-TF) and the Presidential Initiative on Compressed Natural Gas and Electric Vehicles (PI-CNG & EV). The ceremony marks the official commencement of the transition toward green energy within the Nigeria Police Force. The event was attended by a distinguished delegation from the NPF-TF, including Executive Secretary Mohammad Sheidu, CP Tony Emafale, Alhaji Sanusi Aliyu, QS Lawal Aliyu, and Oritsemi Banigo. Representing the PI-CNG & EV was its Chief Executive Officer, Barrister Ismail Ahmed, OON, alongside Mrs. Tari Mayor-Knight, Mr. Tosin Coker, Mrs. Omolara Obileye, Mrs. Hadiza Lawal, Onyekachi Eke, and Theodora Nwaodim. At the event, the leadership of both organizations emphasized that this initial donation is merely the first step in a broader commitment to modernize the Police fleet. They announced a comprehensive plan to convert existing Police operational vehicles to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), a move expected to drastically reduce fuel expenditure and the environmental impact of nationwide operations. Beyond the provision of hardware, the partnership focuses on long-term sustainability through intensive capacity building. Responding to the gesture, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, expressed gratitude to the leadership of the NPF-TF and the PI-CNG & EV for their visionary support. He noted that the transition to CNG and electric vehicles is a strategic necessity that aligns the Nigeria Police Force with global best practices in logistics and resource management. The IGP assured that the new buses will be deployed to improve personnel welfare and mobility. He further emphasized that establishing internal conversion centres will enable the Police to independently maintain its fleet, ensuring sustained technological advancement. The ceremony concluded with the official handover of the vehicle keys and a tour of the vehicles. This collaboration underscores a shared dedication to equipping the Nigeria Police Force with modern, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly mobility solutions. By integrating these advanced technologies, the NPF reaffirms its commitment to operational readiness and the efficient service of the Nigerian public in a rapidly evolving digital and energy landscape.
