@flyethiopian I I requested for a business class upgrade for me, my wife and friend from ADD to CPT for my wife, myself and my friend. Only my wife was given an upgrade to business class, but I was charged for the 3 of us. I was told by the attendant at the ADD Airport that I'll get a refund.
