In The Netherlands, all students of class 5 have adman when the police drives a big truck to near their school. The kids are taught about blind spots of trucks and buses and why they need to avoid them.

@SawyerMerritt The issue is on the rear seats. 1. The mechanical release is hidden under a rubber cover. Finding it in an emergency, especially in the dark, can be a challenge. 2. Some really old ones do not even have one The manual one like that in the front would be great.

Because they already have R&D in this. Electric vehicles are just passing the environmental burden onto electric companies so consumers can feel good about being "green".
