Don't want to be discourteous but professionals in mental health settings, for instance haven't even heard of reg 9a as applying to them! And how many hospitals feel bound by it? The legal right to a care supporter (Gloria's Law) would stay with the person whatever the setting

@rightsforresid2 Res long to wait. Not to be too negative, but that will be near to the next general election. With so many decisions that have been changed since the election, I am reluctant to believe anything. Hopefully I will be wrong and something positive will happen.
