I exposed the YouTube strategy behind the top documentary channels in the world.
Using @retti_ai I generated a 17-page document with every strength, weakness and strategy they use.
You can use it to train your Claude.
Reply 'RETTI' and I'll send you it.

10 years in design taught me:
always give.
I'm giving it all away today:
- Claude smart prompts
- semantic tokens bible
- figma template
- platforms for references
- keywords for search
- txt & video tutorials
and more

I analysed over 3,000 MEGA OUTLIER videos,
to discover the BLUEPRINT for crafting a VIRAL title,
And no, it has NOTHING to do with SEO.
I also have the data to prove it...
▪️3,657 MEGA outliers
▪️From DIFFERENT niches,
▪️and the head of the YouTube discovery algorithm
Every day 3.7 MILLION new videos are uploaded to YouTube,
which all need to be PROCESSED by the discovery algorithm,
before being pushed out to SPECIFIC audiences.
You know what YouTube does NOT rely on?
Everyone being an 𝙎𝙀𝙊 𝙀𝙓𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙏.
-
Think about it,
If YouTube really rewarded SEO heavily,
How is Mr Beast pulling in MILLIONS of views with:
▪️NO tags
▪️NO high-search volume keywords
▪️only ONE sentence in the description
So what MATTERS?
If you follow me, you know I only give you the BEST analysis.
I scraped EVERY monster outlier of the past year with a minimum 10x MULTIPLIER and more than 5 MILLION views.
The results all point to ONE thing...
... A STRONG correlation between sentiment and view count,
and almost NO correlation between high-volume keywords and views.
When I plotted the keyword density of each title on a scatter-plot my mind was BLOWN...
The data suggests that there is STRONG correlation between LOW keyword-density titles and HIGH view counts.
So I dove deeper and found ADVICE from Todd B, head of the discovery algorithm.
In an interview, he clearly outlined that SEO ONLY matters if you are targeting YouTube search.
Now here's the TRUTH...
-
...No video has EVER gone viral through YouTube search.
You heard me right!
It has ALWAYS been through YouTube HOME, or SUGGESTED traffic.
For brevity, I am not going to get into details of how to optimise for those in this thread.
But remember,
ALL the mega outliers are based on GREAT VIDEO IDEAS, and packaging for HUMAN APPEAL.
-
I have created a Google Sheet with 1,500 mega outlier viral title templates.
These are the EXACT templates I have used to help clients go VIRAL.
If you want me to dm you the template, LIKE, RETWEET, and COMMENT "VIRAL".

@TomFrankly Can confirm, after adding deadlifts 2x per week for the last 3 years my lower back pain is basically non existent. Before that, it was a constant pain.
English

I've seen at least two posts about back and neck pain today.
Fellow hackers and computer addicts:
This is your reminder to add some strength training into your routine.
Squats and deadlifts with proper form will do wonders.
Weak back muscles = back pain.
Add daily walking and some stretching as well.
If you're new to strength training, consider getting a coach for a couple of months to help you dial in great form.
Actual injury or acute condition? See a doctor; don't assume a random dude's Twitter post applies to you or intends to.
In addition to the strength/mobility work, improve your workspace ergonomics if they're bad.
- Computer monitor at eye level (prevents neck strain)
- Desk height set so hands aren't too high
- Chair set so feet are on the floor
Finally, you don't need a $1000+ ergo chair.
Buy one if it's comfy and you have extra money, but don't let it lull you into a false sense of security.
No chair can counteract the fundamental truth:
Weak back = back pain.
