What the Hindutva movement needs most right now is what the Christian world mastered long ago: a relentless work ethic, drive, and the moral audacity to believe that people can be "saved" from themselves. Missionaries go to Haiti, to Africa, to North Sentinel, knowing they might be killed. But they still go. Our job isn’t to mock or abandon the misguided. Yes, many Bengalis who vote for Mamata are not thinking. That’s the truth. But they’re not lost forever. If Christian missionaries can risk death to convert strangers in foreign lands, we can at least commit to persuading our own people. No matter how bad it is, blackpilling is not an option. People here often express their frustration at the older generations for the state of modern-day Hinduism, yet risk making the same mistake as the older generation, but with different justifications.
