@ScotRail The woman was fine eventually but it’s the fact that there was no help even after pressing the SOS button. The situation could have been a lot worse + there was no help from any staff on the train. No point in having the button there on a carriage if it’s not taken seriously

@ScotRail a woman had fainted on the train right at the disabled carriage, no one was with her or knew what had happened apart from she was on the floor and unresponsive. People are pressing the call for help SOS button which rang and no one came to help

What’s the point in having these buttons that are supposed to be there for our safety if no one is there to help. Anything could have happened to her, I’m so glad she wasn’t in cardiac arrest and that there was people on the carriage there to help. Disabled carriage mind you!!
