This sounds funny… but it’s quietly describing a real brain problem. Porn doesn’t just “kill time” it overstimulates your brain’s dopamine system (the chemical that controls motivation, focus, mood and drive). When your brain keeps getting artificial, high intensity pleasure from a screen, it slowly becomes desensitized. Normal life stops feeling exciting. That’s why people start feeling: Low motivation Short attention span Brain fog Emotional emptiness Less discipline Less hunger to work, study or improve themselves Needing to scroll endlessly for the right video is actually your brain struggling to feel satisfied a sign your reward system is being overstretched. Your brain begins to link pleasure with screens instead of real effort, growth, faith, relationships and achievements. You don’t always feel addicted. You just feel tired, distracted and stuck. And while you’re numbing your mind, life keeps moving and potential quietly slips away. Your private habits are shaping your future more than you think.

This risk is largely preventable through proper control measures such as adequate drying of crops, safe storage conditions, routine food inspection, and avoiding visibly moldy foods.

I guess many of us have seen this in foods stored for long periods, without actually knowing what it is or that it can pose a long term health risk. Some cancers can begin with something as simple as everyday food.

The heart works nonstop. From week 4 in utero to your final breath. But the coronary arteries? They decide whether it survives. Even the strongest heart is helpless without proper supply. Protect what supplies you.

@instablog9ja It’s not just about training more doctors anymore, it’s about retaining them long enough to make an impact. Why does everyone want to Japa? Another key issue is the distribution. Urban areas are saturated, while rural areas still struggle with access to basic healthcare. Hmm…

This is what happens, there’s a natural mismatch in the teenage brain. The part that seeks rewards is very active, but the part that controls decisions is still developing. This makes alcohol feel more enjoyable and increases the chance of repeating it.
