@YasirAlHanafi I have watched a lecture series by @omarsuleiman on the lives of the four Imams. Even though he himself follows the Hanbali madhab, I really felt admiration for the Hanafi madhab after finishing the segment on Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahmatullah Alayh).

It is wonderful to see Ustadh Abdur Rahman Hasan (may Allah reward him) acknowledge the deep understanding that Hanafi scholars, particularly Imam Al-Tahawi, have regarding Hadith. Ustadh promises that anyone who reads Imam Al-Tahawi’s work will want to become a Hanafi. :) The truth is that, unlike the other schools of thought—may Allah bless them all and reward their scholars—the Hanafi school is not based solely on one individual. Instead, it draws from the collective insights of 40 reputable scholars who deliberated and analyzed each juristic issue with Imam Abu Hanifah before incorporating it into the canon of Fiqh. Thus, only those who study it will truly appreciate its subtle and profound understanding of the Quran and Sunna.
