THE Bunch of Nuts Podcast
Highly likely a random X account with less than 350 followers cost Ohio State DGG because they were an idiot. Hate to see it, but also probably not the best fit if you can’t handle the lunatic fringe on a daily basis. REGARDLESS NEVER TWEET AT RECRUITS!!!

@GuardsGirl37 Well, they suck. And this team will never win anything as constructed. So, it’s deserved.

Some Guardians fans spend more time trashing the owners, management, and players than actually rooting for the team. Every loss turns into “fire everyone,” every slump means a player is “washed,” and every bad inning is somehow proof the franchise is doomed. Criticism is part of being a fan, but the constant negativity gets old. Support the team, hold them accountable when it’s deserved, and remember it’s a 162-game season. Go Guards. ⚾️ #guardsball #CLEguardians #guardians #goguards #cleveland #fortheland @CleGuardians

you people have soup for brains. the dodgers have won twice in a row. before that, there was 23 years without a repeat champion. before the Jays in ‘92-‘93, there were 13 straight years without a repeat champion. baseball already has the parity you claim to seek
Jim Bowden⚾️@JimBowdenGM

One of the reasons #MLB is pushing for a salary cap was best articulated by a quote this week by LeBron James @KingJames when referring to the #NBA "There's been eight straight years of different champions," James said. "So everyone feels coming into the season, thinking, 'This could be our year.' Every fanbase feels like this could be our year as well." #MLB wants this

MLB has had 1 back to back champ and 17 teams win titles since the 2000 NBA has had 4 back to back champs and 13 teams win titles since 2000 NFL has had 2 repeat back to back and 13 teams win titles since 2000 I am so confused why we act like baseball has the least parity 🤔

@finkn23 They’re not trying to be feasible. Every dollar taken in, but not spent, is all they care about. Man…for as much as you post on this team you sure are really stupid about it… Nick - listen up….ready??? THEY DO NOT CARE ONE IOTA ABOUT WINNING!

The Guardians have to fix this offense. You can’t just lose every game where the other team hits HR’s. It’s not feasible

Wouldn’t LeBron going to the Heat be the biggest ring chasing move in history? That wouldn’t make sense imo as it pertains to legacy.

@CavsFrog Completely agree. If it’s the heat everything he said is coming off as a lie. Miami’s farthest from his family Miami makes zero basketball sense Miami doesn’t include any friends

Gut says LeBron to Miami. Stand by what I said. Cavs with no LeBron are better than the Heat with LeBron. Bookmark it.

@JimBowdenGM @KingJames MLB wants to make money, like the NBA To do that stadiums must be filled, like NBA arenas are For that to happen 2/3 of the league cannot be a pro farm system for 1/3 of the league It’s so simple it’s stupid.

@23cmcpadres ‘20’s San Diego Padres are a cautionary tale as to why MLB cannot move forward without a cap and restricted contracts.

Anybody who thinks this Padres team has any chance of competing in 2026 is just completely delusional at this point. It’s blind fandom basically. Your only way forward is to sell and trade any player with even any remote value. It’s just simply a bad team with bad contracts.

@acase22 @dru_star @WindhorstESPN If making him out to be Joel Embiid makes you feel better have at it. He plays in anywhere from 85-89% of available games. Unfortunately for Cleveland they have Donovan Mitchell and James Harden. Here you go Bron defend the other teams best perimeter player every night at 42

“You know that I'm from Cleveland, you know my ties there. The more I've looked at this and the more I've had conversations, the more Miami makes sense to me [for LeBron]. And now when I hear him thinking about a couple of years, it makes even more sense to me.” - @WindhorstESPN

I’d love Miller but I’m really not touching Bogaerts’ contract with a 10 foot pole Maybe if they are 60-70% of it
Punchoutpitch@Punchoutpitch

The Padres could trade Mason Miller as a way to get out of Xander Bogaerts contract, per @sdutKevinAcee “One question being kicked around at Petco Park is whether moving Miller as part of a package that includes Bogaerts is a proposition too beneficial to pass up. It is practically a foregone conclusion that the Padres will eventually find a way to get out from under a portion of the $25 million they owe their underperforming 33-year-old shortstop each of the next seven seasons. If someone were willing to take on some of Bogaerts’ salary — and Bogaerts waived his no-trade clause — it might tip the scales.” (sandiegouniontribune.com/2026/07/16/ple…)
