“The manosphere” is much like “the patriarchy”, it doesn’t really exist. It’s a nebulous bogeyman conjured up by misandrists, who use it in their propaganda to destroy or weaken as much as they can related to men.
Notice how many negative terms like “mansplain” and “toxic masculinity” they’ve devised. These are all part of a broader effort to manipulate public perceptions and turn them against men.
